On-Location Minimum
A minimum of 6 people is required for all on-location bookings.
Glam Style Add-On — $150
Take your look to the next level with our signature glam enhancement — perfect for brides who want extra drama and impact on their wedding day.
Sunday Fee — $100
Wedding on a Sunday? We've got you covered. A Sunday service fee applies to all bookings.
Travel Fee — $50 per 30 miles
Round trip travel calculated from our Carlsbad salon to your venue.
Example: 20 miles to venue + 20 miles back = 40 miles = $100 total.
Parking Fee
Any parking fees incurred at your venue will be charged to the card on file.

What to Expect
We highly recommend every bride schedule a trial run before her wedding day. Your trial is a private, collaborative session where we perfect every detail of your look. Designers are available Tuesday through Saturday — call or email us to schedule.
Please ensure hair is washed the night before and completely dried before your appointment. Bring inspiration photos — we love visuals! If you've already sent us photos we'll have them ready at your service.
Your day is everything to us. We ask that every member of your bridal party is ready at their scheduled service time so we can keep your morning running smoothly and stress-free.
All tools, brushes, and equipment are fully sanitized before and after every use. Our team arrives 15 minutes early to set up so your hair starts exactly on time.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Full payment is due 7 days before your wedding. A 20% gratuity and 5% processing fee will be applied automatically.

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for peak wedding season. Popular dates fill up quickly so the sooner you reach out the better.
Yes! We travel to venues across Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, North County San Diego and beyond — including destination weddings in Mexico and further. For local travel a fee of $50 per 30 miles round trip applies. For destination weddings all travel expenses are covered by the client. Please include your venue location in your bridal inquiry and we will provide a custom quote.

Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your reserved date. Any cancellation will result in loss of deposit. Party changes must be communicated at least 1 month before your booking date.
