For all new color, extension, and bridal guests, we require a consultation before your service. This gives your stylist time to understand your hair history, goals, and timeline so we can build a plan that's tailored specifically to you. You can book online or call us at 760-720-2946.
Your consultation is a relaxed, one-on-one conversation with your stylist. Come with inspiration photos if you have them — the more we understand the look you're going for, the better we can customize your service. Your stylist will assess your hair's health, texture, and history before recommending a plan.
Arrive with clean, dry hair unless your stylist tells you otherwise. If you're coming in for a color service, avoid washing your hair the day of your appointment if possible — a little natural oil helps protect your scalp during color application.
Jayden Presleigh The Salon is located at 2946 State Street in the heart of Carlsbad Village. Street parking is available on State Street and the surrounding blocks. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to check in and settle in before your service begins.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50%. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your full service and a cancellation fee may apply.
Our Experience Fee supports our green salon practices and covers credit card processing. This fee is applied to all services and helps us maintain the sustainable, high-quality environment we're proud of.
We accept all major credit cards. Gratuity is always appreciated and can be added at checkout, or given in cash directly to your stylist.
We are an exclusive Oribe salon and also carry Ergo and Jolie hair care products. Your stylist can recommend the right at-home products for your hair type and color to help maintain your results between visits.
