Shipping Details

Orders are shipped via USPS Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are delivered to your door and do not require a signature. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they've been delivered.

Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days, and you will receive tracking updates within 2 to 3 days of shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at customercare@jaydenpresleigh.com within 24 hours of receiving your item.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, 2nd Day shipping is $25.00 and Overnight shipping is $35.00. For overnight delivery to ship the same business day, your order must be placed by 12:00pm PST.
