Yes! Local customers can choose in-store pickup at checkout and skip shipping fees. We'll email you when your order is ready.

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us.

We accept returns for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Final sale items, intimates, and beauty products are not eligible for return.

If you're not happy, neither are we! Hair products can be exchanged for any other product or for in-store product credit within 7 days of purchase. Credit is based on the amount of product returned, and is issued as a gift card or credit on your JP account.

Email us at customercare@jaydenpresleigh.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit is issued within 3–5 business days via email as a digital gift card.

We don't process direct exchanges. Return your original item for store credit, then place a new order for the size or color you want.
