We want you to love your Oribe, Ergo, and Jolie products. Here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges for orders placed with Jayden Presleigh, The Salon in Carlsbad Village, CA.

Return Policy

We only offer store credit for returns. Items purchased from jaydenpresleigh.com are eligible for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order — all sales after 14 days are final.

We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for a refund. A notification email will be sent once your return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded or included in the refund of your original order.

All stickers must be intact and the package must be in good shape. If there are any signs of use we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

How to Return Your Item(s)

Please contact us at customercare@jaydenpresleigh.com with your order number and reason for return. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued via email within 48 hours. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.

You can locate your order number on either your order confirmation email or the packing slip included in your shipment. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a Return Authorization.

Delivery of Store Credit

If shipping your return, you will receive an e-gift card via email within 3 business days of the delivery to our store, once it has been processed. Shipping fees will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total.

Exchanges

If you need a different product, please note the product you want on your invoice and send it back to 2946 State Street, Carlsbad, CA 92008. If we have the item in stock, we will ship it to you. If we don't have your requested item, we will send you an e-gift card with store credit.
